When I was told I needed my wisdom teeth out I was a bit nervous. So on my first visit Dr Bauman prescribed some Xanax which really calmed me down before the surgery. In the surgery room he explained what was happening as he gave me a 3 2 1 countdown for the IV. It didn’t feel like I was out for very long and when I woke up I asked the nurse how it went and she said everything went amazing. The nurse stayed with me all the way to the car as I was very wobbly trying to walk after waking up from the anesthesia. Overall had a great, safe and calm experience and would recommend them to anyone

I put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for many years due to intense fear of dentistry. Everyone helped me feel calm and reassured throughout the whole process. Initially I was going to go to a different surgeon’s office that was in network for my insurance but that office had rescheduled on me 4 times last minute, including the day of surgery. The next day I called JCOMS and within a month or two I had my wisdom teeth out and was healing wonderfully. Your office staff are organized, your medical staff is very skilled, patient and knowledgeable and the whole experience of coming to JCOMS has been very pleasant! I will absolutely recommend JCOMS to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you!

Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Bauman -- I am so glad I chose JCOMS for my implants. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The knowledge and care each staff member and Dr. Bauman provided was awesome. Sadly, I probably won't be back for any appointments (fingers crossed) but hope to stop in and say Hi when in the area. Upon entering my daughter-in-law and & I were treated with the utmost respect. I can't tell you how nice the dental assistants were to me while prepping me for my tooth extraction. I had expressed how VERY ANXIOUS I was about visiting any dental office. Everyone seem to to fully understand! Please convey to the doctor who did my procedure how very much I VERY APPRECIATED how he talked to me during the procedure; calming me down. He did AN EXCELLENT job to say the least. And he did go "above and beyond" to treat me SO KIND! I am doing well; following the orange sheet of after extraction procedures. Again: THANK-YOU to everyone; even the lovely lady who helped me out to our car.

I had my lower wisdom teeth extracted yesterday morning by Dr Bauman and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff and Dr Bauman were so kind and wonderful as I was extremely nervous and anxious. He even prescribed me xanax to take the morning of surgery and it helped immensely. My teeth were sideways and very impacted but the procedure went quickly and easily for me and so far I am healing very very well with minimal pain. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery that has dental anxiety or even if you don't. This place is amazing and I will definitely be back if I need any other oral surgery in the future.

Dr. Bessey was amazing and so nice to me. Even when he came in got me ready to put the needle in my arm he talked to me about how many siblings I had and so forth. The next thing I know I was out like a light in 5 seconds. I really like the people there they all were nice.

I was absolutely terrified of having 3 of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Bessey was nothing short of caring and reassuring. He gave me medicine to take before the procedure to relax me, and I was also put to sleep for the surgery. My surgery was yesterday morning at 10am and I am feeling GREAT. I would refer Dr. Bessey to anyone I could and I wouldn’t go to anyone else if I should ever need another procedure of any kind.

When my dentist told me that I needed to have my wisdom tooth pulled I was not happy on top of being anxious and scared. My dentist then told me that I would have to go to JCOMS and that made me even more nervous becuase I had never heard (JCOMS). I'd never had a tooth pulled and I am NOT a fan of needles at all. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, my anxiety hightened becuase I had no clue what to expect. My mind was thinking all types of crazy things. Jenny greeted me when I came in and was with me through the entire process. She (Jenny) made sure I was comfortable, asked me how I was feeling and even offered me a blanket. I truly appreciate how helpful she was. Dr. Bauman was amazing!! I had my eyes closed through the entire procedure and he calmly talked me through every step. I had no complications and the procedure was smooth. The procedure went a lot quicker than I imagined which was also a plus. I walked out with a smile. JCOMS was a great experience considering what I had to have done.

Dr Bessey has done several implants for me and they have all been successful. The last one was only was a week ago and virtually painless. A little tenderness for a couple of days but that was all. He and his staff are amazing!!! Thank you all for taking such good care of me.
